Send us your RFP
We respond to formal RFPs, RFQs and RFIs for Indian speech and AI training data with a structured document your evaluation committee can score directly.

- Response time
- 5 working days standard
- Formats
- Your template, or ours
- Includes
- Pricing, schedule, compliance, QA
- NDA
- Signed before spec exchange
What our response contains
- Capability statement mapped clause by clause to your requirement list
- Priced schedule per language, corpus type and annotation layer
- Delivery plan with milestones, batch cadence and dependency assumptions stated openly
- Quality management: acceptance thresholds, sampling method, rework policy and reporting format
- Compliance pack: DPDP alignment, consent artefacts, data-handling, retention and deletion
- Commercial terms: IP transfer, licensing, liability, insurance and termination
- A written statement of anything in the RFP we cannot meet, rather than silence on it
What we need from you
| Item | Why it matters | If unavailable |
|---|---|---|
| Languages and dialect expectations | Sets recruitment difficulty, the largest cost driver | We propose a default spread |
| Volume per language | Drives price bands and schedule | We quote three volume tiers |
| Acoustic specification | Determines studio versus field capture | We propose against your deployment |
| Annotation requirement | Priced as separate layers | We quote verbatim plus timestamps |
| Acceptance criteria | Makes quality contractual instead of arguable | We propose our standard thresholds |
| Submission deadline and format | We work to your template | We use our own structure |

How we price in an RFP
Rate bands are published on our pricing pages, so nothing in a response should surprise you. In an RFP we convert those bands into fixed per-unit figures against your stated specification, with the assumptions listed next to each number.
Where a requirement is ambiguous we price the reasonable reading and flag it rather than quietly assuming the cheaper one.
Evaluation criteria we expect to be scored on
- Depth in the specific Indian languages you need, not aggregate language counts
- Verifiable QA methodology and a real sample QA report
- Consent and compliance artefacts under Indian law
- Schedule credibility, including what happens when a quota under-fills
- Total cost including rework, not headline per-hour rate
Frequently asked
How quickly can you respond to an RFP?
Five working days is standard for a complete response. Tell us if your deadline is shorter and we will say plainly whether we can meet it.
Will you complete our vendor questionnaire?
Yes, including security, data-protection and supplier-diversity questionnaires, and we will work on your paper for the MSA.
Do you provide references?
Named references are provided where clients have agreed to be named, subject to their confidentiality terms. We do not publish client names or logos without written permission.
Can you subcontract or partner on a larger bid?
Yes — we frequently deliver the Indian-language component of a multi-market programme under a prime contractor.
