Onboarding runs in parallel with specification work, so it rarely sits on the critical path unless MSA negotiation stalls.
Contracting stack
- NDA before any specification exchange, mutual by default
- Master services agreement covering liability, confidentiality, security, IP and termination once
- Statement of work per project carrying spec, acceptance criteria, price, schedule and change control
- Data processing terms appropriate to the jurisdictions involved
- We will work on your paper rather than insisting on ours
Data protection and security posture
- Informed, written, auditable consent from every participant, retained and mapped to file IDs
- Access controls on raw media, with named individuals rather than shared credentials
- Encrypted transfer and encrypted storage; delivery to your bucket or ours by agreement
- Defined retention and deletion, with a deletion certificate on request
- Named point of contact for data-protection queries and incident reporting

Escalation and governance
Every programme has a named lead who owns schedule and quality, with a weekly written status covering delivered units, quota fill, QA outcomes and risks.
If a quota under-fills or a batch fails acceptance you hear it in that report, not at the end of the project.

How long does onboarding take?
Typically one to three weeks end to end, mostly determined by your MSA cycle. NDA and specification work can begin immediately in parallel.
Will you sign our MSA and data processing agreement?
Yes. We work on client paper as standard and will flag only clauses that are genuinely unworkable for a collection programme.
Do you carry insurance?
Insurance certificates appropriate to the engagement are provided on request during onboarding.
Can you invoice a non-Indian entity?
Yes, in INR or USD, with the tax treatment appropriate to your jurisdiction confirmed during onboarding.
